CBD Oil vs Gummies: Compare Costs and Ingredients

Published November 4, 2026 · By CBD Coupons

CBD oil is not always cheaper than gummies. Compare the pack price with the total declared CBD, then check ingredients and the delivered order cost. These four selected packs show why the cheapest bottle can have the higher CBD unit price.

Four CBD oil and gummy packs to compare

Prices checked on . This is a selected comparison of two partner brands, not a market-wide ranking. All prices are for one pack, before coupons, shipping and tax. Member, subscription and bulk prices are excluded.

Which is cheaper: CBD oil or gummies?

In the FAB CBD example, the lower pack price does not give the lower CBD unit price. The oil costs $33.25 for 600 mg CBD; the gummies cost $37.12 for 750 mg. The gummies cost $3.87 more to buy, but their recorded price per 100 mg CBD is $4.95, compared with $5.54 for the oil.

Calculate the comparison using pack price ÷ total declared CBD in mg × 100. For the FAB gummies, $37.12 ÷ 750 × 100 = $4.95 per 100 mg CBD, rounded to two decimals. Use the pack’s CBD declaration, not the total weight of hemp extract or the weight of the gummies.

The selected Eden’s Herbals packs have the same recorded unit price. Both are $39.99 for 1,000 mg CBD, or $4.00 per 100 mg. The gummy bag contains 50 pieces, making the pack price about $0.80 per gummy. That does not make one gummy equivalent to a measured amount of oil.

A price-per-milligram calculation compares labeled purchase quantities. It does not establish equivalent effects, quality, suitability or how much of either product to use. These examples do not show that one format is always the better buy.

What else changes when you choose the format?

  • Measuring and packaging: oil is a liquid in a dropper bottle; gummies are individual pieces. Read the actual label: a listed serving can contain more than one piece or a particular liquid volume.
  • Ingredients: carrier oils, sweeteners, flavorings and allergens differ. Eden’s selected oil lists coconut MCT oil. FAB’s gummy ingredients list cane sugar, tapioca syrup, grape juice concentrate and pectin, with a shared-facility allergen notice. Do not assume every gummy is vegan or free of particular allergens.
  • Formula: full-spectrum oil and a different gummy extract are not the same formulation. Check separate CBD and THC declarations and whether an available laboratory report matches the selected batch.
  • Storage and delivery: follow the product label. Eden’s offers an optional $1 ice pack with its gummies; that add-on is outside the recorded pack price.
One label issue to check with FAB CBD

On November 4, the Anytime Gummies introduction described broad-spectrum hemp, while the Product Details panel described CBD isolate. Its ingredient panel listed cannabidiol without resolving that difference. Confirm the current pack and batch report before buying if extract type is part of your decision. The 750 mg calculation uses the displayed 25 mg amount and 30 labeled servings; it is not an independent laboratory measurement.

Compare the final order, not just the shelf price

Start with the exact variant and quantity. Apply only an offer that qualifies, then add shipping, tax, required fees and optional items you actually choose. Recalculate the CBD unit price from that total if you want a delivered-cost comparison.

For example, a free-shipping threshold can require a larger order than the single pack shown here. Buying an extra pack raises the amount you spend even if the unit price falls. Check Offers by State for recorded shipping research, then confirm the selected item and address with the retailer.

Compare a one-time purchase with the first subscription order and later renewals separately. A member price also needs its own eligibility and fee check. Clubs & Subs separates clubs, memberships and recurring orders.

For listed discounts, open FAB CBD coupons & terms or Eden’s Herbals coupons & terms. A recorded coupon is not proof that it will apply to every basket.

Sources and comparison method

CBD Coupons checked the four merchant product pages linked in the product buttons on November 4, 2026. The FAB selections were Natural / 600 mg / Single oil and a Single Anytime Gummies jar, both at the displayed one-time nonmember price. Eden’s prices were for one 1,000 mg oil bottle and one 1,000 mg gummy bag, excluding 20-plus-unit bulk prices.

The calculations are our own; pack contents and ingredients are merchant declarations. Product photographs identify the selected products.
