Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This policy explains how CBDCoupons.co handles personal information in connection with its website, directory, contact forms, business submissions and advertising inquiries. For privacy requests, contact contact@cbdcoupons.co. Merchant websites linked from our directory operate under their own privacy policies.
1. Information collected and its sources
- Contact and report information: the name, email address, inquiry reason, affected URL and message you submit, and subsequent correspondence.
- Business and offer information: shop names, official websites, descriptions, categories, business contact details, ownership-verification information you provide, logos, coupon terms and advertising inquiries. We also use publicly available business information and information supplied by authorized representatives.
- Technical information: hosting and security systems may record IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, referring URLs, dates, error and security events. Cookies or similar technologies may store preferences, session information and referral identifiers.
- Published content: information you submit for a shop profile, offer or other public contribution may be displayed publicly. A private contact email supplied for review is not automatically published as a directory field.
We do not operate a checkout for listed products or ask for payment-card details in these forms. Purchases and their payment processing take place with the merchant. Do not send passwords, financial account details, identification documents unless specifically and securely requested, or sensitive health information in a general message.
2. How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, investigate reports, review and maintain business and coupon listings, verify business authority, discuss requested advertising, operate and secure the website, measure referrals and site performance, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. A submission does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. If you choose to receive marketing, follow its unsubscribe instructions or contact us to withdraw that choice; service correspondence about an inquiry may still be necessary.
3. Cookies, Google tools and affiliate measurement
Pages use Google Tag Manager and Google tag components. Depending on the enabled tags, your choices and the service configuration, Google tools and affiliate partners may receive online identifiers, device information and page or referral events for measurement or advertising. Tag Manager can load other tags; the data practices of each enabled service also matter. Merchant and affiliate sites may set their own cookies when you follow a link.
Browser settings let you block or delete cookies; doing so may affect site features and does not necessarily stop every type of data collection. Review Google’s Privacy Policy, Google ad controls and the Google Analytics opt-out tool for the choices those services provide. These controls operate according to each provider’s scope and do not automatically govern every other partner.
4. Disclosure of information
Hosting, email, maintenance, security and other service providers may handle information needed to operate the website and respond to you. Public business and offer information is shared through the directory. Relevant details of a report or correction may be shared with the affected business to investigate it; we do not routinely publish private report messages or reporter contact details. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, legal claims or a business transfer, subject to applicable protections.
We do not offer contact-form messages or private business contact details for sale. Online identifier disclosures to advertising or affiliate partners may be characterized as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under particular state laws, depending on the processing involved. The privacy choices below explain how to make a request.
5. Your privacy choices and U.S. state rights
Depending on your state of residence, the law’s applicability and exceptions, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct it, delete it, or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. California residents may also have rights to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information and to receive information about collection and disclosure. Applicable laws may allow an authorized agent, an appeal of a denied request and protection against discrimination for exercising a right.
To exercise a right or request “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” email contact@cbdcoupons.co with the subject “Privacy Request,” or choose “Privacy Request” in our contact form. Identify the relevant email address or listing and your request. We may ask for proportionate verification or proof of an agent’s authority, and will handle requests within the deadlines and exceptions that apply. To appeal a decision where available, reply with “Privacy Appeal.”
A browser’s Do Not Track setting is not a universal opt-out mechanism and our site does not promise a uniform response to that setting. Global Privacy Control is a different signal; where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, that requirement applies to the covered processing. You can also use the contact methods above and the provider controls described in section 3.
6. Retention, security and location
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including resolving an inquiry, maintaining a listing, preventing misuse, keeping necessary business records and meeting legal obligations. Duration depends on the type of information, the relationship, legal requirements and backup cycles. You can request deletion subject to applicable exceptions.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. We will provide any breach notices required by applicable law; this policy does not promise a universal seven-day notification period.
7. Children
This website is intended for adults age 21 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
8. Policy updates and contact
We post changes on this page with an updated date and give additional notice or seek consent where required. Questions or requests concerning information previously submitted can be sent to contact@cbdcoupons.co.
