These terms apply to CBDCoupons.co, its directory, coupon listings and submission services. “We” and “us” refer to CBDCoupons.co. By using the website or submitting material, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity. If you do not agree, do not use the service or submit material. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

1. Our role and eligibility

CBDCoupons.co is an independent directory, publisher and affiliate website. We do not sell, manufacture, dispense or ship the products listed, and we are not the merchant of record. You must be at least 21 to use this website or submit a business listing. Merchants may impose additional age, location and eligibility requirements. A listing does not establish that a product may lawfully be bought, shipped or used in your location.

2. Coupons, prices and third-party purchases

Offers may expire, change, exclude products, require a minimum purchase or subscription, or be limited to certain customers or locations. Confirm the final price, renewal terms, taxes, delivery charges and restrictions with the merchant before purchasing. The merchant’s terms govern checkout, fulfillment, returns and refunds. We cannot guarantee that a code will work or resolve a purchase dispute for the merchant. Report inaccurate offers through our contact form.

2.1 Offers by State

Offers by State filters selected directory listings using published retailer shipping information for the stated brand or product scope. Choosing a state is your selection of a destination, not verification of your residence, age or legal eligibility. A shipping status is not a legal opinion, government approval, a completed checkout test or a guarantee that every item can be delivered to your address. Product, state, tribal and local restrictions may differ. Read the source, scope and review date and confirm the exact item and destination with the merchant before ordering.

2.2 Clubs & Subs

Clubs & Subs distinguishes free shopping clubs, paid memberships and recurring product subscriptions. A free club has no membership fee; products and shipping may still cost extra. A paid membership fee is separate from product purchases. A product subscription creates repeated product orders under the merchant’s terms. Unconfirmed fees or conditions are not a statement that a plan is free or available to you.

Browsing, filtering or comparing programs on CBDCoupons does not enroll you in a club, authorize a payment or create a subscription with us. Enrollment and purchases take place with the named retailer. Before agreeing there, confirm the initial and renewal price, billing and delivery frequency, any trial or promotional period, automatic renewal, minimum commitment, the next charge date, cancellation deadlines and method, and refund conditions. A first-order discount may not apply to later orders. Canceling future renewals does not by itself establish a right to a refund for an earlier charge; the merchant’s policy and applicable consumer protections govern.

We do not administer merchant memberships, take recurring payments for these programs or process their cancellation or refund requests. Contact the retailer to manage a plan and use our contact form to report an inaccurate listing. Our summaries do not replace the merchant’s agreement or limit rights provided by applicable law. 3. Shop and brand submissions by owners

Use our shop submission form to request a listing or a review of an existing entry. You must own the business or have authority to act for it. Provide an official website, accurate business information, a business contact email and truthful product categories. We may request reasonable proof of your authority. Do not submit passwords, private customer records or another person’s confidential information.

All submissions are subject to review. Submission does not create a listing entitlement, a publication deadline, a partnership or a promise of traffic. We may verify, edit, reclassify, decline, suspend or remove material to address accuracy, eligibility, legal requirements or misuse. Business contact details supplied for review are not automatically public; information intended for the directory may be published.

4. Coupon maintenance by external shop operators

Authorized shop operators may submit new offers, corrections, replacements and withdrawal requests through the coupon submission page or contact@cbdcoupons.co. Identify the shop and affected listing and provide the exact code or no-code offer, destination URL, discount, start and end dates with time zone, exclusions, eligibility rules and any subscription conditions.

Operators are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of their offers and for promptly notifying us of changes or expiry. A submission is a request for review; it is not direct access to our database and does not publish automatically. Any separately granted account access is limited to authorized functions and must not be shared. We may verify authorization, moderate changes and remove unsupported or expired offers. We do not promise uninterrupted or immediate updates.

5. Rights in submitted material

You retain ownership of your original material. You give us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, edit and display the business information, descriptions, logos and offer details you submit for operating and promoting the directory and its listings. This does not transfer ownership of your trademarks or authorize unrelated product endorsements. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions. Requests to correct or remove material can be sent to contact@cbdcoupons.co; retained backups and legal records are handled under our Privacy Policy.

6. Advertising, affiliate links and reviews

We may earn a commission from affiliate links and may receive payment for advertising or sponsored placement. Paid placement can affect listing position and visibility and must be identified as advertising or sponsorship where applicable. Payment does not purchase a fabricated review, a guaranteed rating, regulatory approval or a statement that we tested a product. A separate written agreement is required for any paid campaign, including its price, placement and duration; an inquiry alone creates no purchase obligation.

7. Acceptable use

Do not impersonate a business, submit deceptive offers or fake reviews, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload malicious code, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website. Submitted claims must be truthful and supportable and must not make unlawful disease-treatment or other misleading product claims. Do not use the service to arrange unlawful sales or target minors. We may restrict misuse and preserve information where reasonably needed to investigate it.

8. Information and product limitations

Content is general information, not medical, legal or financial advice. Product availability on a merchant website does not mean FDA approval or lawful availability everywhere. 9. Availability, warranties and liability

The website and third-party information are provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement and do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free listings. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or third-party products. Nothing here excludes liability or waives a remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or waived, including mandatory consumer protections.

10. Changes, applicable law and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised date and, where required, providing additional notice. Changes apply prospectively and do not replace a separate signed agreement. Applicable U.S. federal and state laws and mandatory consumer protections apply as determined under the relevant jurisdiction’s rules. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
