Full-Spectrum vs Broad-Spectrum CBD Oil: Compare Labels and Prices

Published November 4, 2026 · By CBD Coupons

Full-spectrum and broad-spectrum CBD oil describe different extract profiles, not different price tiers. Start with the exact formula and THC information you want to check. Then compare declared CBD per bottle, ingredients and the final order cost.

Full-spectrum vs broad-spectrum CBD oil: three bottle prices

Prices checked . Each price is for one bottle before coupons, shipping and tax. Subscription, membership and bulk discounts are excluded. This selection covers three partner products, rather than the whole market; the bottles contain different amounts of CBD.

What changes between full spectrum and broad spectrum?

In merchant descriptions, full spectrum refers to a hemp extract containing CBD and other plant compounds, including THC. Broad spectrum describes an extract with other cannabinoids that is processed to remove or reduce THC. These labels do not tell you the exact cannabinoid amounts in a particular bottle. Check the current product label and a matching batch report.

FAB CBD describes its selected Natural oil as full spectrum. Eden’s Herbals also labels the selected 1,000 mg oil full spectrum. cbdMD describes its Natural 1,500 mg tincture as broad spectrum and “THC-free*”; its footnote defines that phrase as below the detection level of validated testing methods. Below a detection limit is not a measured guarantee of absolute zero.

A label detail to resolve before ordering
The cbdMD page also displays a general warning that the product contains THC, alongside its broad-spectrum/THC-free wording. Because these statements conflict, ask the merchant to confirm the exact selected bottle and batch report if THC content determines your purchase. We do not treat this page as proof of a zero-THC bottle or a drug-test guarantee.

The spectrum name also does not prove a product is a better buy. A full-spectrum oil with less declared CBD can cost more per 100 mg than a larger broad-spectrum bottle. Conversely, a lower-priced full-spectrum bottle may have the lower CBD unit cost. Compare the actual selected packs rather than assuming either spectrum is always cheaper.

Which bottle costs less per 100 mg of CBD?

Formula: bottle price ÷ declared CBD milligrams × 100. Use the amount declared as CBD, not the weight of hemp extract, bottle contents or the combined total of several cannabinoids.

  • FAB CBD full spectrum: $33.25 ÷ 600 × 100 = $5.54 per 100 mg CBD.
  • Eden’s Herbals full spectrum: $39.99 ÷ 1,000 × 100 = $4.00 per 100 mg CBD.
  • cbdMD broad spectrum: $64.99 ÷ 1,500 × 100 = $4.33 per 100 mg CBD.

FAB has the lowest single-bottle outlay in this selection. Eden’s has the lowest calculated CBD unit price. Those are different comparisons: buying cbdMD requires $64.99 upfront and provides 1,500 mg declared CBD. These calculations do not measure quality, other cannabinoids or how a product performs.

Check ingredients and the batch report

Match the flavor, CBD total, bottle size and product name before comparing labels. The selected FAB Natural and Eden’s oils are full-spectrum options; the cbdMD Natural selection is unflavored broad-spectrum hemp extract in MCT oil. Flavored versions and other strengths can have different ingredient lists or prices.

For a certificate of analysis, match the batch or lot number to the bottle being sold. Look for the sample identity, testing date, declared CBD result, THC results and the laboratory’s detection or quantitation limits. An older report for a different strength or batch does not verify the bottle in your basket. We have not independently tested these oils or verified the batch that will ship to you.

Compare coupons, shipping and repeat-order terms

Open the exact selected oil through its product button. Check that the spectrum, strength, flavor, quantity and one-time purchase option remain selected. A product link can open the retailer’s default variant; change it to the variant named here before using our price comparison.

Apply an eligible coupon, then add shipping and tax to compare the delivered total. Eden’s lower advertised bulk price requires at least 20 units and is excluded here. A subscription or member headline can also have different eligibility, fees and later-order prices. Read Clubs & Subs for those distinctions and Offers by State for recorded shipping research. Confirm the actual item and delivery address with the merchant.

Sources and comparison method

CBD Coupons checked the merchant pages reached through the three product buttons above on November 4, 2026. Selections: FAB Natural / 600 mg / Single at the nonmember one-time price; Eden’s full-spectrum 1,000 mg / one bottle; cbdMD Natural / 1500MG / one-time purchase / 1 bottle. Product descriptions and pack amounts are merchant declarations; the unit-price calculations are ours.
