US shipping & destination notes

BATCH publishes separate US destination restrictions for CBD and THC products. CBD products exclude Alabama, Alaska, California, Idaho, Minnesota, Ohio, Tennessee, Vermont and Washington. THC products also exclude Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut and Oregon in addition to those nine states.

The policy offers free shipping on one-time orders over $75 and subscription orders. Processing is normally one to two business days, followed by an estimated three to seven business days for delivery, with possible delays. Match the selected product category to its restriction list; do not apply the CBD list to THC products or assume other product categories follow either list.

BATCH Gold subscription savings

BATCH Gold is a recurring-delivery program with savings that grow over successive orders. The current program page says the discount reaches 42% by the twelfth subscription order and continues at that level; it is not 42% off a first purchase. The checked CBD Softgels option starts at $72 on subscription versus $90 one-time, a 20% difference.

Eligible recurring products; choose a 30- or 60-day delivery schedule. The card on file is charged at the selected interval from signup. Account controls support skipping, swapping, pausing and canceling, with free subscription shipping. Confirm the next processing cutoff and any other-promotion stacking with BATCH; these were not fully specified or tested. Sources checked October 27, 2026.
