US shipping & destination notes

Koi lists shipping within the US, including US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Its economy service is free on orders over $69; the published fee below that threshold is $8.99. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days.

THCA products are excluded to Arkansas, California, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon and Rhode Island. Delta-8 products are excluded to AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, MA, MS, MT, NV, NH, NY, ND, OR, RI, SC, UT, VA, VT, WA and WV. These are product-specific lists, not blanket restrictions on CBD or every Koi product. Other formulations and exact addresses still require retailer confirmation. Economy delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after processing; exactly-$69 eligibility is not clearly stated.
